Responsibilities

• Prepare and file payroll taxes for local, city, state, and federal authorities.
• Enter new hires and status revisions in the payroll system.
• Prepare regular and ad hoc payroll reports for management.
• Reconcile payroll tax accounts and ensure accurate W-2 processing.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure accurate payroll data input.
• Manage deductions including garnishments and 401(k) projects.
• Process biweekly/weekly payrolls and special payrolls per procedures.
