Boudreau Pipeline is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for 300+ employees across multiple sites. The role includes managing tax withholdings, garnishments, and benefit deductions while providing guidance to the payroll team.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of prevailing wage and certified payroll, strong Excel skills, and experience with ADP Workforce Now and COINS. Bilingual abilities are a plus for our California operations.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in accounting or related field, 5+ years payroll experience for 300+ employees.
• Knowledge of prevailing wage and union payroll.
• Experience with certified payroll.

Responsibilities

• Execute and review payroll for 300+ employees accurately and timely.
• Maintain payroll data including employee details, tax withholding statuses, and other pertinent information.
• Address payroll inquiries from employees and managers in a timely manner.
• Reconcile payroll tax liabilities and employee benefit deductions.
• Manage garnishment procedures and reporting.
• Oversee time and attendance systems for payroll processing.
• Assist with prevailing wage and certified payroll reporting.
• Ensure compliance with union agreements and regulations.
