Job summary

West Shore Home seeks a Senior Payroll Manager to lead end-to-end payroll and commissions, supervise Payroll Specialists and the Commissions team, and partner with HR, Accounting, and HRIS to ensure accurate, timely payroll processing.

You will maintain payroll controls, support system configurations, and drive continuous improvement in a hands-on role at our Mechanicsburg, PA site. Strong leadership and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related work field.
• A CPP certification is preferred.
• Experience with payroll systems and reporting.
