Job summary

West Shore Home, a technology-driven home improvement company, is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to leverage Dayforce and a compensation modeling platform to drive data-based pay practices across multiple states.

You will partner with HR and business leaders on hiring, promotions, transfers, and retention while contributing to the development of compensation policies and governance. This role is onsite in Mechanicsburg, PA and requires 4–6 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in HR, finance, business, economics, or related field.
• 4–6 years of progressive compensation or HR analytics experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct complex compensation analyses including market pricing, salary benchmarking, pay equity reviews, and internal pay alignment assessments.
• Partner with Talent, HR Business Partners and business leaders to support compensation decisions related to hiring, promotions, transfers, and retention.
• Assist in developing and documenting compensation policies, procedures, and governance practices.
• Provide recommendations to leadership based on compensation data analysis and market insights.
• Audit compensation data regularly to ensure integrity, consistency, and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
