Job summary

Sundt Careers is seeking a Payroll Clerk III to manage end-to-end payroll processing across multiple platforms, including calculations for deductions, wage/benefit setups, and government reports. Qualifications

• 2–3 years of end-to-end payroll processing experience preferred.
• Capable of high-volume output and overtime as needed.
• Strong data entry, phone and organizational skills required.
• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Detail oriented with decision-making and leadership qualities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups, xlookups, conditional formatting).
• Experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and Oracle HCM preferred.
• Experience with LCPTracker, eMars, AASHTOWare or similar CPR software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process new hire records, W-4s, PAFs, and transfer data as needed.
• Import time entries, verify labor sheets, and communicate to reduce errors.
• Run standard reports to verify payroll accuracy.
• Process off-schedule payments and one-time adjustments.
• Handle CPRs using discussed software and imports.
• Manage Doculivery document system.
• Resolve maintenance tickets in payroll system.
• Review expense reports using Concur and AppZen.
• Process payroll reclassifications from adjustments.
• Record ACH returns and administer weekly tax payments.
• Prepare garnishments and reconcile related accounts.
• Develop ad hoc reports for business needs.
