Qualifications

• High school diploma or vocational training required.
• Recent experience in human resources, benefits or related field.
• Ability to operate a computer and MS Office, including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain employee data in HRIS including wages, benefits, deductions and codes.
• Verify payroll registers and prepare reports; reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy.
• Write and edit Crystal reports and HRIS queries as needed.
• Process COBRA administration and track timelines for coverage.
• Prepare leave and benefit accrual data; update payroll and tax tables in HRIS.
• Assist with year-end W-2 processing and IRS Form 941 filings.
• Reconcile fringe benefit payables and coordinate with vendors.
• Provide general clerical support and ensure confidential handling of records.
