Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, or Business; experience considered in lieu of degree.
• 5+ years of progressive payroll and benefits administration with multi-state payroll.
• CPP or FPC certification preferred.
• Proficiency with Rippling or similar HRIS; strong Excel skills.
• Knowledge of Washington State L&I, wage withholdings, and multi-state compliance.

• Own accurate and timely multi-state payroll processing for hourly, shift-based and salaried employees.
• Review timecards, resolve discrepancies, and manage payroll corrections and off-cycle payrolls.
• Administer employee benefits programs and lead annual open enrollment activities.
• Coordinate payroll and benefits for Canadian employees via EOR partner.
• Maintain payroll controls, reporting, and compliance with tax authorities.
• Prepare year-end payroll tasks including W-2s and related filings.
