Hooker Furnishings seeks an experienced Payroll Manager to independently oversee full-cycle payroll, multi-state processing, and benefits billing administration. You will ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely payroll across states while supporting tax compliance and related reporting.

Using UKG UltiPro and collaborating with HR and Finance, you will drive process improvements and contribute to audits. Hybrid work options from High Point, NC or Martinsville, VA, or remote arrangements are

Competenze

• Minimum 5+ years in progressively responsible payroll with hands-on full-cycle experience.
• Experience in multi-state payroll processing.
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, wage and hour requirements, and payroll reporting.

Mansioni

• Manage all aspects of full-cycle, multi-state payroll processing.
• Handle payroll calculations, deductions, reconciliations, tax withholding, reporting, and year-end processing.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations.
