Job summary

Oregon Health & Science University is seeking a Senior Payroll & Timekeeping Systems Reporting Analyst within the Payroll, Timekeeping and Labor Distribution Service Center. The role reports to the Director Payroll Analytics and Customer Support and focuses on data-driven payroll operations, complex data queries, and actionable analytics across payroll, timekeeping and LD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience required.
• Five years of experience with database query, analytic and reporting tools.
• Three years of experience as a project manager for technical projects.
• Two years of Payroll experience demonstrating understanding of administrative systems and HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to understand business requirements and design, develop, implement and support complex BI solutions.
• Develop, maintain and monitor dashboards and recurring reports to measure current and desired state.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for reports and data models.
• Provide data analyses to support leadership decisions and ensure data accuracy across payroll systems.
