Qualifications

• 3+ years of financial analytics experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• Strong SQL skills and data analysis ability.
• Independent problem-solving skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with process mapping.
• Knowledge of report tools (QlikView preferred).
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Advanced Query Tool, and Access.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance required.

Responsibilities

• Query and analyze tax withholding data to support compliance and impact assessment.
• Coordinate required HR system updates between HR and associates.
• Prepare quarterly and annual tax withholding reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support process-improvement initiatives related to withholding taxes, garnishments, and union activities.
• Develop, calculate, and monitor measures for the new workflow system.
• Coordinate with Benefits, Payroll Accounting, and ADP to ensure proper private insurance setup.
• Maintain and update SQL reports and Access databases.
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures.
• Develop and facilitate automated solutions across multiple apps to save cost and time.
• Complete other projects and tasks assigned by manager.
