Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or HR or equivalent compensation experience.
• 6 years compensation experience, multi-state preferred.
• Experience with variable pay plans, budgets, and job evaluation (point-factor).
• 3 years HR/Finance analytics preferred.
• CCP required or willingness to obtain within 1–2 years.

Responsabilités

• Provide compensation analysis and consultation to management.
• Advise on policies, pay guidelines, and systems support.
• Participate in salary surveys and market analysis.
• Audit and ensure pay compliance across locations.
• Document jobs and evaluate new roles for compensation structure.
• Deliver training on compensation philosophy and practices.
