Job summary

Soni is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst to join its payroll team on a temp-to-perm basis as a long-term retirement opens a critical role. This in-house, high-volume environment supports bi-weekly union and student payroll as well as semi-monthly staff payroll processing.

The ideal candidate has strong Workday payroll experience, advanced Excel skills, and a solid ability to reconcile payroll data. Experience with ServiceNow and payroll case management is a plus; leadership exposure is

Qualifications

• Strong Workday payroll experience required
• Experience supporting high-volume bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll processing
• Advanced Excel skills and strong reconciliation experience
• Union payroll exposure preferred
• Experience handling payroll escalations and case management systems such as ServiceNow is a plus
• Prior leadership or managerial exposure preferred

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day payroll operations across multiple pay groups
• Assist with payroll reconciliations, overpayment reviews, escalations, and payroll reporting
• Collaborate with payroll leadership and internal stakeholders; manage payroll cases in ServiceNow
• Assist with union and student payroll processing along with staff semi-monthly payroll
