Qualifikationen

• Direct experience with ADP payroll systems (Workforce Now, Vantage, Enterprise).
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and lookup functions.
• Knowledge of payroll tax regulations and compliance.

Aufgaben

• Lead weekly and biweekly multi-state payroll processing.
• Validate complex payroll transactions including bonuses, commissions, and equity compensation.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Perform payroll reconciliations and quarter/year-end processing.
• Partner with HRIS/Accounting on payroll data and GL reconciliations.
