Skechers USA, Inc. is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst in Los Angeles to lead end-to-end payroll processing and advanced analysis.

You will work on Workday payroll implementations, data validation, and cross-functional collaboration with HRIS, Finance, IT, and external vendors to ensure accuracy and compliance. The role requires deep payroll expertise, 5–8+ years of experience, and strong Excel skills, with preference for CPP and ADP payroll proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 5-8+ years of progressive payroll experience.
• Direct hands-on experience with Workday Payroll implementation.
• Strong experience with ADP payroll systems (Workforce Now, Vantage, or Enterprise).
• CPP designation preferred; multi-entity/global payroll exposure.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end weekly and biweekly multi-state payroll processing.
• OverseeWhat activities include bonuses, commissions, equity, and off-cycle payments.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Run payroll reconciliations, tax reconciliations, and quarter/year-end closes.
• Partner with HRIS/Finance/IT to ensure accuracy and controls.
