Job summary

BIC World is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing for approximately 700 employees across the United States and Canada. This role partners with HR, Finance and external vendors, driving process improvements in a hybrid work environment.

The ideal candidate has a 4-year degree and 10+ years of payroll experience, with strong knowledge of ADP Workforce Now, compliance, and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree minimum.
• 10 years related payroll experience; ADP Workforce Now experience highly preferred.
• Handles highly sensitive payroll, employee and financial information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Process US and Canada salaried and hourly payrolls weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly for ~700 employees.
• Perform general ledger postings, reconciliations, and payroll tax/cash reporting.
• Provide employee inquiry support and resolve payroll-related questions.
• Participate in payroll system projects, upgrades, testing and implementations.
