Our team is working with a leading private equity fund based in Boston looking to hire a Senior Payroll Analyst to their growing team. The Senior Payroll Analyst will be responsible for managing multi-state bi-weekly payroll processing using ADP, including off-cycle payments, fringe benefits, deductions, and 401(k) elections. Responsibilities include reconciling payroll journal entries in Workday, reviewing monthly bank reconciliations, and resolving payroll-related questions and issues. The position also supports payroll and corporate audits while partnering with HR and Finance on payroll-related projects and process improvements.
This role is a full time hybrid (3 days in 2 at home) position that will offer between 90-100K base, bonus, profit share, & strong benefits.
Process multi-state bi-weekly payrolls using ADP
Communicate with ADP on any payroll issues
Prepare manual off-cycle payments
Enter general ledgers and reconcile payroll journal entries in Workday
Manage miscellaneous items for payrolls, including fringe benefits and deductions
Maintain employee 401k elections
Reconcile monthly bank statements
Respond to employee payroll related questions and issues
Assist with payroll and corporate annual audits
Assist with payroll related projects for HR and finance teams
Perform ad hoc tasks as required
