Qualifications

  • Bachelor9s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) required.
  • PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience required.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices preferred.
  • Familiarity with Workday Recruit applicant tracking software preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and enhance recruiting strategies to create a pipeline of candidates for various dealership positions.
  • Utilize multiple recruiting methods to source top talent, including job boards, social media, networking, and industry resources.

You’ll act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, build meaningful talent pipelines, represent Holman in the community, and help create exceptional candidate experiences. What You’ll Do

Develop, implement, and enhance recruiting strategies to create a pipeline of candidates for various dealership positions, including Sales, Service Advisors, Technicians, Administrative, Leadership, and other roles. Utilize multiple recruiting methods, such as job boards, social media, networking, and industry-specific resources (technical schools, automotive programs, etc.), to source top talent. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process and cultural fit. Provide quality customer service, including timely updates and reports to hiring managers, and follow up with all candidates throughout the interview process. Establish and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and technical schools to proactively recruit and build a pipeline of qualified candidates. Coordinate and attend job fairs, recruiting fairs, and other hiring events. Manage the interview process, including interviewing candidates, administering assessments, recommending qualified candidates, coordinating interviews, providing feedback, and extending job offers. Undertake additional projects and duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) required; PHR/SPHR certification preferred. Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience required. Strong communication, relationship‑building, and customer service skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices preferred. Familiarity with Workday Recruit applicant tracking software preferred.

Pay

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $48,060.00 - $68,485.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay earnings.
