Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of payroll processing for 500+ employees.
• Proficiency in ADP and payroll compliance knowledge.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to use accounting systems.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience processing payroll adjustments (tips, commissions, gratuities).
• Maintain employee data in ADP including onboarding and terminations.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance for seamless payroll operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all payroll processing for a large multi-department operation.
• Ensure accuracy of timekeeping records and on-time payroll for 500+ employees.
• Provide backup support to accounting functions such as deposits and vendor payments.
