Ledgent seeks a Senior Payroll Administrator to manage full-cycle, bi-weekly payroll for a multi-state workforce from Scottsdale, Arizona.

You will ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely payroll processing using ADP Workforce Now and Excel; CPP certification is preferred for this role.

What You\'ll Do:

Process multi-state payroll from start to finish

• Multi-state processing for 3000+ employees in ADP Workforce Now
• Audit timekeeping records and payroll data
• Manage employee pay changes, deductions, garnishments, and tax updates
• Partner with HR and Finance to resolve payroll issues
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
• Support payroll audits, reporting, and process improvement initiatives
• Deliver outstanding support to employees while maintaining strict confidentiality

What We\'re Looking For:

• 5+ years of multi-state payroll experience
• Strong knowledge of payroll compliance and tax regulations
• Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now and Microsoft Excel Required
• CPP certification preferred
