Job summary

Capital Consultants Management Corporation in Scottsdale, AZ seeks a Senior Payroll Administrator to manage full-cycle biweekly payroll for multi-state employees, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance. You will audit time/attendance, handle payroll changes, and collaborate with HR and Finance to resolve discrepancies, while maintaining confidentiality.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of multi-state payroll experience, proficiency in Excel and ADP Workforce Now, and CPP is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience processing multi-state payroll.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ADP Workforce Now.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, compliance standards and tax requirements.
  • CPP preferred.
  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Process full cycle bi weekly payroll for multi state employees
  • Maintain payroll records with a high degree of accuracy and integrity
  • Audit time and attendance records; calculate wages overtime and supplemental pay
  • Execute payroll changes including deductions tax status updates and employment changes transfers promotions terminations
  • Accurately calculate and distribute final wages in compliance with state laws
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies in collaboration with HR and Finance departments
  • Ensure compliance with federal state and local payroll regulations
  • Administer wage garnishments child support orders and tax withholdings
  • Maintain accurate employee data in payroll and HRIS systems
  • Oversee paycard enrollment and distributions
  • Respond to payroll related employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist in internal and external payroll audits
  • Participate in payroll related projects and process improvements
  • Uphold strict confidentiality of sensitive employee and payroll information
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Were CCMC a community management company specializing in master planned communities Our vision of inspiring a resident centric focus is brought to life by our core values Integrity Respect Service and Community The Senior Payroll Administrator is responsible for processing full cycle bi weekly payroll for multi state employees with a high degree of accuracy timeliness and compliance This role plays a critical part in maintaining the integrity of payroll records auditing time and attendance data managing employee pay changes and ensuring compliance with all applicable federal state and local payroll regulations The Senior Payroll Administrator works closely with HR and Finance to resolve payroll discrepancies administer garnishments and withholdings and respond to employee inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality Additionally this role supports payroll audits system data integrity and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the payroll function The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong commitment to accuracy confidentiality and service in alignment with CCMCs core values of Integrity Respect Service and Community

REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum 5 years of experience processing multi state payroll
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ADP Workforce Now
  • Strong knowledge of payroll regulations compliance standards and tax requirements
  • Certified Payroll Professional CPP preferred
  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
