CCMC is seeking a Senior Payroll Administrator to manage full-cycle, bi-weekly payroll for a multi-state workforce with accuracy and confidentiality. You will audit time records, process payroll changes, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

The Senior Payroll Administrator is responsible for processing full-cycle, bi-weekly payroll for multi-state employees with a high degree of accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the integrity of payroll records, auditing time and attendance data, managing employee pay changes, and ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local payroll regulations. The Senior Payroll Administrator works closely with HR and Finance to resolve payroll discrepancies, administer garnishments and withholdings, and respond to employee inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality. Additionally, this role supports payroll audits, system data integrity, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the payroll function.
