Job summary

Well Care Health in Charlotte, NC seeks a Sr. Contract Analyst to support contract drafting, negotiation, and maintenance for payors and vendors. You will help execute the organization’s payor strategy, ensure credentialing and compliance with Medicare, PECOS, NPPES, SoS, and state licenses.

Reporting to the Director, Contracting & Reimbursement, you will coordinate with Operations and Clinical teams, manage contract trackers, and maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 3–5 years contract drafting/negotiation experience desired.
• Experience with payor contracts, credentialing, and compliance processes.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office suite and ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Assist with reviewing, edits, negotiations, maintenance, and management of contracts for vendors and payors.
• Coordinate Payor Credentialing and ensure compliance with Medicare, PECOS, NPPES, SoS, and state licenses.
• Maintain contract tracker/management tools and prepare required documentation for new service areas.
• Support the Annual Payor Strategy and communicate payor changes to suppliers and internal teams.
