Job summary

WellSpan Health is seeking a leadership-driven professional to oversee the Payor Contract Analyst (PCA) Team and coordinate the maintenance of payor relationships across the WellSpan system. This role manages contract operations, works with multiple departments, and leads process improvements to enhance revenue and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health care, business or related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of payor or provider contracting experience and supervisory experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with payors and staff.
• Proficiency with standard office software and analytic tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Payor Contract Analyst (PCA) team and coordinate payor relationship management.
• Support PCA staff and other departments processing payor contracts and issues.
• Identify operational/denial root causes and lead process improvements using Lean principles.
• Govern Payor Research Information Request processes and ensure compliant revenue workflows.
• Attend payor meetings and coordinate changes across clinical and administrative areas.
• Assist in financial analysis and performance measurement related to value-based contracts.
