Job summary

Well Care Health is seeking a Sr. Contract Analyst to support contracting with payors and vendors and to drive the organization’s payor strategy. The role emphasizes timely credentialing, regulatory compliance, and efficient contract management, reporting to the Director, Contracting & Reimbursement.

The position requires 3–5 years in contract drafting/negotiation, preference for home health experience, and proficiency in MS Word/Excel/Outlook. On-site work in Raleigh, NC is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years’ experience in contract drafting and/or negotiation preferred.
• Home health experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the review, edits, negotiations, maintenance, and management of contracts and Contract System for organization’s vendors and payors.
• Update, submit, and maintain payor credentialization in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure compliance and timely validations with PECOS, NPPES NPI Registry, Medicare, Medicaid, SoS, and state health and business license requirements.
• Develop annual payor strategy and coordinate documentation for entering new service areas.
• Maintain contract tracker and prepare for Payor Alignment Meetings.
