Paysafe, a global payments platform, seeks an experienced Senior Product Manager to own strategic product initiatives and lead cross-functional teams in shaping our Business Wallet solutions for U.S. SMB merchants.

You will drive product strategy, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional alignment with finance, risk, compliance, and engineering. You will define roadmaps, prioritize epics and user stories, and ensure scalable, secure, and compliant delivery while partnering with sales

Competenze

6–10 years of progressive product management experience in payments, fintech, banking, e-commerce, or fintech.
Proven success owning a strategic product area and delivering complex, high-impact solutions at scale.
Strong understanding of payment processing, digital wallets, acquiring, issuing, risk, compliance, or adjacent domains.
Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills; ability to influence without authority.
Strong analytical and commercial mindset; experience building KPIs, business cases, and financial models.
Comfort with technical teams and interpreting architectural or integration considerations.
Excellent communication skills; ability to distil complexity for executives and clients.
Strategic thinker with disciplined execution and high ownership in a global matrix.

Own long-term product strategy and roadmap for a major product area, aligning with enterprise priorities and financial goals.
Evaluate emerging technologies, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics to evolve product direction.
Develop data-driven business cases and lead cross-functional alignment on key strategic initiatives.
Own product strategy and roadmap for Business Wallet capabilities serving U.S. SMB merchants.
Lead product discovery, requirements definition, solution design, and backlog execution with engineering in an Agile environment.
Author and prioritize epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria; guide teams toward scalable, secure, compliant solutions.
Lead discovery and requirements for wallet-based experiences addressing U.S. SMB needs such as faster earnings, cash-flow management, and payouts.
Act as a senior liaison between Product, Engineering, Commercial, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Finance.
Educate and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders, using data and clear rationale.
Partner with Sales, Merchant Services, and Account Management to support client engagements and opportunities.
Define and track KPIs, OKRs, and financial metrics; measure adoption, activation, retention, funding flows, and revenue.
Conduct post-launch evaluations to validate impact and inform future investment decisions.
Identify optimization opportunities and resolve product gaps or friction points.
Ensure all decisions adhere to regulatory, scheme, and compliance standards; coordinate with Legal and Risk.
Drive operational readiness across support, operations, and go-to-market teams.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior PMs and improve product processes and operating models.
