Job summary

Valley Bank in Morristown, NJ seeks a Sr. Business Transformation Analyst to support Payment Modernization and Back-Office Operations.

You will partner with Fraud, Compliance, Finance, Product and Engineering to enhance current and future payment capabilities and drive change initiatives across the bank. You will document requirements, create data flow diagrams, develop test scripts, and coordinate with Dep Ops and PMO to keep multiple workstreams on track while fostering continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, engineering, finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of banking or fintech process/analyst experience.
• Experience documenting requirements and data flows is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Create mapping documents and data flow diagrams.
• Assess impact of changes on processes and identify interdependencies.
• Develop test scripts with Operations production team.
• Collaborate with Dep Ops Leads to develop and execute tests.
• Manage day-to-day requirements and coordinate with other departments.
• Assist in creating a culture of continuous improvement and process excellence.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal partners and external vendors.
• Assist management in data capture, analysis and presentation for decisions.
• Collaborate with Central PMO to drive requirements across workstreams.
