Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst in the Payments Organization to own analysis, documentation, and validation of system behavior. The role emphasizes value delivery, quality, and efficient delivery within an agile environment.

You will work with PM/PO to define epics, features, and stories, and ensure cross-team collaboration. Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, APIs, and front-end development is required, along with experience in audits and compliance.

Qualifications

4 to 8 years of experience in business analysis of product and/or software development.
Bachelor’s Degree.
Demonstrated experience eliciting requirements and producing artifacts (functional specs, use cases, user stories).
Knowledge of GCP/AWS or Azure platform experience.

Responsibilities

Analyze business issues and define requirements for application development.
Collaborate with PM/PO to identify cross-team dependencies and timelines.
Create Use Cases and User Stories with acceptance criteria.
Improve application reliability and minimize risk with IT and Business partners.
Coordinate decomposition of functional scope into user stories and data flows.
Support compliance and audit activities and communicate backlog status.
Facilitate backlog refinement sessions with the Scrum team.
