Job summary

Fox Corporation seeks a highly technical Senior Operations Manager to lead the evolution of customer billing, subscription, and payment experiences across FOX ONE’s digital ecosystem. This role blends CRM Marketing, payments, and customer communications with strong product ownership and engineering depth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as an Operations Manager / Technical Product Owner in digital/subscription business
• 3–5+ years hands-on software engineering (backend or full-stack)
• 3+ years experience with payment gateways, subscription billing platforms, or transactional messaging systems
• Experience with PCI-DSS compliance and secure data handling

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize backlog for subscription billing, payments, and CRM-driven monetization
• Translate requirements into technical user stories, acceptance criteria, and specs
• Collaborate on architecture, API design, and trade-offs across systems
• Lead Agile ceremonies and roadmap execution
• Drive integrations with payment gateways, subscription platforms, and messaging tools
• Design end-to-end subscription and billing communication flows (receipts, renewals, failures)
• Ensure PCI-DSS etc. compliance for workflows
• Monitor KPIs like conversion, deliverability, churn, and retries
• Support launches, experimentation, and lifecycle optimization
• Own processor and partner integrations to improve delivery efficiency
