Job summary

FOX is seeking a highly technical Senior Operations Manager to lead subscription billing and payment experiences across FOX ONE's digital ecosystem. You will bridge CRM Marketing, subscription lifecycle, and payments with strong product ownership and engineering know‑how.

Ideal candidates bring hands‑on software engineering, deep payment architecture knowledge, and the ability to design scalable, compliant solutions for web, mobile, and connected TV platforms.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Operations/PM roles in a digital or subscription business.
• 3-5+ years hands-on software engineering (backend or full-stack).
• 3+ years experience with payment gateways, subscription platforms, and transactional messaging.
• Knowledge of PCI‑DSS and CAN‑SPAM.
• On-site presence 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize backlog for subscription billing, payments, and CRM monetization.
• Translate requirements into technical user stories and specs.
• Collaborate on architecture, API design, and trade‑offs across systems.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and roadmap execution.
• Drive integrations with gateways, emails, fraud tools, and marketing tech.
• Design end-to-end billing communications: confirmations, receipts, renewals, retries.
• Ensure PCI-DSS and state regulations compliance.
• Partner with CRM Marketing for personalized transactional messaging.
• Monitor KPIs: conversions, deliverability, churn, retries, chargebacks.
• Identify and mitigate technical/compliance risks early.
