Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Business/Management Information Systems or equivalent.
• Seven or more years of experience managing information technology implementation projects.
• High level of software lifecycle and enterprise software knowledge.
• Proven experience managing custom software development projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify new IT and payment projects and enhancements to existing IT and payments projects with key stakeholders.
• Manage multiple activities for large enterprise-wide projects and meet critical deadlines.
• Develop project plans and documents following company guidelines and standards.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to implementation teams to achieve goals.
• Interpret customer business needs and translate them into operational requirements.
• Identify, track and communicate project risks, scope changes, and contingencies during the project life cycle.
• Conduct project wrap-up meetings to ensure smooth transition from implementation to support.

Education
