Job summary

Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in project or program management.
- 5+ years of experience in payments, fintech, or financial services.
- 5+ years using project management tools such as Jira or Monday.com.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic payments programs and regulatory initiatives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, and dashboards for executive audiences.
- Drive agile/hybrid delivery and manage budgets, resources, and vendor contracts.
- Guide payments domain decisions on rails, networks, and regulatory requirements.
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders and run cross-functional steering committees.
