Credit Union of Colorado is seeking a Payment Services Product Owner in Denver. You will own the strategy and lifecycle of payment products, govern vendors, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver on the roadmap while balancing risk, compliance, and customer value.

You will collaborate with IT, payments, and business stakeholders to define requirements, oversee releases, and measure benefits, with a focus on scalable, secure, and reliable payment experiences for members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum five years of payment experience.
• Minimum three years of product owner/manager and/or vendor management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional payment projects from business case to post-implementation.
• Experience governing vendor performance and escalation.

Responsabilités

• Own strategy and multiyear roadmap for assigned payment products.
• Establish prioritized product backlogs based on feedback, market trends, risk, strategic fit, effort, and value.
• Develop business cases and measure realized benefits after implementation.
• Evaluate emerging payment capabilities and adoption decisions that improve member interactions and efficiency.
• Define and validate requirements, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.
• Govern release readiness and go/no-go decisions within delegated authority.
• Lead cross-functional governance and executive reporting on roadmap delivery and performance.
