Job summary

Affirm is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Consumer Payments. You’ll work across Product, Engineering, Analytics, Finance, Design, and Partnerships to create new payment experiences and optimize repayment flows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with demonstrated impact.
• Analytical rigor with data and experiments to guide decisions.
• Curiosity about customers and ability to identify where experiences break down.
• Ability to converse with engineers about system tradeoffs and architecture implications.
• Track record of taking products from discovery through launch and iteration.

Responsibilities

• Improve how customers pay with Affirm, shaping payment experiences across discovery to launch.
• Focus on the customer, uncovering where paying breaks down through research and data.
• Create new payment experiences that simplify repayment and improve payment success.
• Design and run experiments to improve conversion, payment success, and cost.
• Shape how payments are processed safely and cost-effectively, balancing performance and risk.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, Design, and Partnerships to explore opportunities and sequencing.
• Drive an ambitious roadmap delivering customer and business outcomes.
