You’ll partner with the GM, Analytics, Finance, and product teams to forecast, plan, and optimize performance, translating insights into concrete actions that scale the business.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, general management, product, services, or related field.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen to translate data into actions.
• Experience developing forecasts and operating plans or financial models.
• Ability to translate performance depth into actionable insights and explain results to executives.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional partners and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Owns and scales the Telehealth Business Operations function, partnering with GM and Finance to translate strategy into operating plans.
• Leads business performance management, reviews, and variance analysis to drive actions.
• Develops and maintains forecasting models linking demand, capacity, and revenue; coordinates cross-functional inputs.
• Analyzes customer usage, provider capacity, and economics to identify growth and efficiency opportunities.
• Translates recommendations into executable cross-functional plans with clear ownership and milestones.
