Job summary

Inspire Brands in Atlanta seeks a Staff Tech Operations Engineer - Payment & POPS to own stability and performance of the payments platforms, ensuring high customer satisfaction through monitoring, maintenance, and optimization of intake and execution processes.

Lead Level 3 support across payment technologies, collaborate with franchise and corporate teams, manage vendor relations, and drive release management, dashboards, and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in business, CS or related field.
• 5+ years design, development, and implementation in payment tech for POS systems.
• Experience with restaurant/retail industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 support for payment and POPS platforms.
• Lead cross-functional coordination and release management for IT products.
• Develop executive dashboards for leadership on workload, schedules, and QA.
• Collaborate with brand and franchise teams to gather requirements.
• Manage budgets, tracking, and reporting of IT programs.
• Mentor team members and establish repeatable content configuration processes.
• Serve as SME in payments/POPS in meetings with executives and vendors.
