Job summary

Inspire Brands is seeking a finance professional to own budgeting and cost analysis for the payment acceptance function at our Atlanta Global Support Center. This role will forecast, monitor interchange costs, gift card breakage and escheatment, and partner with brand teams to optimize profitability across restaurants and digital channels.

You will prepare periodic financial reports, drive variance analysis, and define metrics to guide decision making.

Qualifications

4-year degree in finance, accounting or economics; MBA preferred.
At least 3+ years in strategic/operational finance or payment-related fields.
Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP systems.

Responsibilities

Manage payments P&Ls with forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis.
Analyze interchange, transaction fees, gift card breakage and escheatment costs.
Collaborate with Accounting, IT, Commercial Services and Brand teams to reduce costs and increase sales.
Prepare period, quarterly and ad hoc financial reports and forecasts.
Provide detailed financial analysis of payment acceptance across restaurants and digital channels.
Prepare management reporting and executive summaries of budget, actuals and performance.
Define financial payment metrics and align stakeholders across the company.
Partner with external suppliers to remediate errors and improve profitability.
