Responsibilities

• Deliver and evolve Payments platform strategy and roadmap for guest pay-ins, refunds, and payment plans.
• Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch and optimization.
• Lead cross-functional teams with engineering, design, risk, compliance, and ops.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team of senior platform managers.
• Contribute to broader Payments Platform strategy and stay ahead of market trends.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and report progress to senior leadership.
• Define key product metrics and drive continuous improvement.
