Job summary

Bradesco Bank is seeking a Money Movement Senior Analyst to support and optimize domestic and international payment products. The role works with Operations, Treasury, Compliance, Risk, and Technology to ensure compliant, efficient transfer services.

The candidate should have extensive payments experience and a proven ability to build strong internal partnerships while driving process improvements in a global banking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, information systems or related field.
• 5+ years banking/payments experience preferred; knowledge of money movement.
• Ability to build effective cross-functional relationships and present findings.

Responsibilities

• Support and optimize money movement products and services.
• Analyze payments architecture and its impact on operations.
• Develop business requirements for enhancements and new capabilities.
• Lead initiatives, launches, and process improvement efforts.
• Create KPIs for payments products and report to senior management.
• Collaborate with operations to meet SLAs and compliance standards.
• Assist with audits and regulatory examinations.
