Job summary

Vanguard in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Senior Money Movement Analyst to advance our money movement strategy across Cash Plus and Brokerage. You will connect Product, Operations, Fraud, Risk, Compliance, Technology, and Client Experience to deliver unified, client-centric capabilities.

The role requires strong analytical and stakeholder-influence skills to translate strategic priorities into executable plans that reduce client friction and improve operational efficiency. Hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product strategy, payments, or program management.
• Strong understanding of money movement ecosystems (ACH, transfers, fraud controls).
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across Product, Operations, Fraud, Risk, Compliance, and Technology.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to influence diverse stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, dependency management, and execution planning for strategic money movement initiatives.
• Coordinate across Fraud, Risk, Operations, CXD, Product, Technology, and servicing teams to align priorities and execution.
• Identify opportunities to reduce friction and improve end-to-end client experience in funding, transfers, withdrawals, and payment journeys.
• Evaluate and integrate vendor capabilities and controls within policy frameworks.
