Job summary

Ciklum is seeking an Expert Business Analyst to join our US-based team full-time. You will consolidate multiple payment gateways into a single target platform, leveraging deep USA Payments domain knowledge and TSYS experience.

You will work with stakeholders across Product, Architecture, Data, Migration, and QA to document requirements, define BRDs/FRDs and data flows, and ensure successful migrations and UAT planning in a SAFe environment.

Qualifications

• Must have deep knowledge of the USA Payments landscape.
• Strong hands-on experience with TSYS acquiring platforms.
• Experience with tokenization and digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
• Experience in SAFe/Agile environments and UAT/testing support.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, non-functional requirements and transition needs.
• Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and data flows.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, developers, QA and business teams through SDLC.
