Job summary

Ciklum is seeking an Expert Business Analyst to join our US-based team on a full-time basis. You will work with cross-functional squads to analyze, document, and map complex USA payments workflows, focusing on gateway integrations, data flows, and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in banking/payments, deep TSYS experience, strong SQL, experience with SAFe/Agile, and ability to coordinate with stakeholders across Product, Architecture, Data, and QA teams in a fast-paced

Qualifications

Deep knowledge of the USA Payments landscape.
Strong TSYS acquiring platforms experience (Saratoga, Sierra, Summit).
Experience with tokenization and digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay).
Experience with payment platform migrations and SAFe environment.

Responsibilities

Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, non-functional and transition requirements.
Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and data processes.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, QA and migration teams through the SDLC.
Provide functional expertise across the US Payment landscape and gateway processing.
