Responsibilities

• Writes requirements, epics, and user stories for product development.
• Supports API governance, naming conventions, and backward-compatibility.
• Partners with PM to identify opportunities via user research and discovery.
• Collects user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform roadmap.
• Plans upstream/downstream implications for new features.
• Watches product metrics across life cycle (time, cost, quality).
