This role offers an annual salary range of $125,000 - $155,000 along with a variety of benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, flexible PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in payments analytics, payment operations, or fintech.
• Ability to write complex SQL queries and maintain data models.
• Strong knowledge of ACH, card networks, and payment processing mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Analyze transaction costs vs success rates and provide recommendations.
• Investigate payment failure patterns and validate hypotheses with data.
• Build monitoring dashboards to track model performance post-launch.
