Job summary

Cotiviti is seeking a Project Manager for Payment to own delivery from initiation to close, ensuring realistic plans, aligned stakeholders, and disciplined execution. You will manage RAID logs, status reports, and risk mitigation while coordinating with PMO, product, and operations teams.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in project management, PMP/CAPM, and experience with cross-functional projects using agile and waterfall approaches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of project management experience required.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent).
• Experience running cross-functional projects with disciplined status, RAID, and timeline management.
• Strong organizational, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Agile and waterfall delivery methods.
• Smartsheet/Jira/PM tooling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, RAID logs, and status reporting.
• Facilitate team meetings, decisions, issue resolution, and stakeholder follow-up.
• Coordinate scope, schedule, resources, communications, and delivery readiness.
• Escalate risks and tradeoffs in a timely manner.
• Ensure project artifacts, governance requirements, and documentation are complete.
• Owns one project's scope, timeline, and execution discipline.
• Share best practices with project managers, product owners, business analysts as appropriate.
• Proactively manage risks and issues, and escalation in a timely manner.
