Job summary

You will contribute to design, development, and qualification of payload launch control systems for submarines, with emphasis on embedded electronic control systems and safety-critical functionality. Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering
• 5+ years post-graduate experience with electronic control systems
• Knowledge of US Navy Combat Systems (preferred)
• Experience with CMMI and Systems Engineering Principles (preferred)
• Electrical and Computer Engineering degree (preferred)
• MS degree in Engineering (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Concept designs and requirements definition for payload launch control systems.
• Develop specifications, test plans and procedures, and drawings.
• Oversee vendor activities and ensure end-to-end production ownership.
