Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Senior Analyst for DecodeRx Product Content Mapping. You will own accuracy and scalability of governed payer/provider assets, map raw records into governed hierarchies, and lead content research to enrich and validate data.

The role blends market-access domain knowledge with strong data skills (SQL, Excel, Power BI) and a continuous-improvement mindset, partnering with Product Owners, Engineering, Content, Delivery, and Client Success across global time

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in a life sciences or related field; 3–5 years in payer analytics or data governance.
• Strong knowledge of formulary data, patient claims data, and data governance concepts.
• Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and database management systems.
• Experience with master data management (MDM) and data profiling tools.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI for analysis and reporting.
• Experience with payer mapping and provider mapping.

Responsibilities

• Map payer/plan and HCP/provider records into DecodeRx hierarchies by reconciling naming, identifiers, and structures from multiple sources.
• Conduct content research to enrich record details — plan type, parent org, PBM relationships, provider affiliations.
• Assign confidence ratings, document mapping rationale, and prepare reviewer-ready outputs; QC mappings and resolve exceptions.
• Monitor and maintain data quality by validating, cleansing, and enriching data as needed.
• Develop and maintain data dictionaries, data lineage, and metadata management practices.
• Develop and maintain data governance policies, procedures, and standards.
