Job summary

Dexcom Inc. seeks a Payor Analytics Senior Pricing Analyst to define market value, optimize profitability, and drive revenue growth through data-driven pricing strategies.

You will transform complex commercial, patient, and market data into actionable insights for executive decision making. You will collaborate with Market Access, Trade, Forecasting, Finance, and Leadership to shape pricing decisions, contracting, forecasting, and long-term planning across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5–8 years of related experience.
• Strong financial acumen with forecasting, pricing analytics, and profitability analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI; familiarity with IQVIA data sources.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis of pricing performance, payor contracting effectiveness, and market access dynamics across multiple lines of business, customer segments, and geographies.
• Develop, automate, and maintain executive-facing dashboards and reporting solutions using Tableau, Power BI, and other analytics tools to deliver actionable business insights.
• Build and maintain financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate business risks and opportunities, assess pricing strategies, and support strategic decision-making.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve analytical capabilities, business processes, reporting efficiency, and system effectiveness across Dexcom.
• Partner with Market Access, Trade, Finance, Forecasting, and Commercial teams to provide analytical support for contract development, negotiation, implementation, and performance management.
• Present complex analyses and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and leadership, translating data into clear business implications and actionable next steps.
