Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Senior Manager, Payer Marketing to lead strategy, development, and execution of payer content, copay resources, and pull-through programs for US Market Access. You will serve as a content partner to ensure accurate, compliant messaging across payer strategies and access initiatives, coordinating with cross-functional teams.

You will manage vendor relationships, develop payer value propositions, and drive educational materials while aligning with pricing,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required but experience can substitute.
• MBA preferred for advanced leadership or strategic roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage payer marketing messaging and content.
• Lead pull-through materials and patient support program resources.
• Monitor payer coverage policies and trends impacting access.
• Manage budgets and expense planning for Market Access.
• Create and deliver payer-facing educational materials for access teams.
