Job summary

Neurelis, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Access Marketing in San Diego to shape access strategies that improve payer and provider access to products.

You will partner with Market Access and cross-functional teams to translate brand plans into access-focused initiatives that support reimbursement and formulary positioning. You will lead cross-functional collaboration, manage key accounts, and drive implementation of access programs while ensuring regulatory compliance and timely execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 8–10+ years in pharmaceutical/healthcare marketing with 2+ years in Market Access marketing.
• Strong regulatory, compliance, and commercial understanding in pharma.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute market access marketing strategies aligned with brand and access objectives.
• Implement payer/provider access initiatives including formulary positioning.
• Translate brand strategy into access-focused messaging for payer and health-system audiences.
• Collaborate with Market Access, payer, trade, and field account teams to support strategy and execution.
• Coordinate with Brand Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, and Commercial Operations for coordinated engagement.
• Develop tools, resources, and customer-facing materials for field teams.
• Oversee projects, budgets, and cross-functional approvals including MAP, MSA, and clearance processes.
