Covenant Medical Center in Texas is seeking a Transport/Dispatch professional to support Lift Tech, Dispatch, Courier and Transportation programs under supervision. You’ll help ensure safety, policy adherence, and smooth patient movement with a centralized knowledge base for departmental duties.

The role emphasizes minimizing supervision while coaching staff and reporting issues to Supervisors, within Covenant Health’s patient-focused care environment in Lubbock.

Formación

• Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• 6 months Patient Transportation and/or Dispatching experience.
• 6 months Customer service experience, preferably in a health care setting.
